Return Items

We can accept return items only that are unopened and within 7 days after arrival. Please contact us first. For returns other than damaged products, we are unable to cover postage costs.

Replacing or returning damaged items.

If you find your order has arrived damaged, please contact us first. We will refund or replace the item.

Cancelation

Cancelation can be accepted only before your order is shipped out of our warehouse.

Delivery Time

To the Tokyo/Kanto Region, normally within 4 business days. When items are out of stock it may take longer.
